Hardware Options
For operation with very low supply consumption using supply gas from nitrogen bottles or other limited-volume sources. Typical operation of a single pilot on a 7.1 m3 (253 ft3) nitrogen bottle is five (5) to eight (8) months, based on experience with more than 200 units in service for over four (4) years using nitrogen bottle supplies.
For operation where the peak expected process sensed pressure exceeds the normal overpressure rating of a standard pilot. Available in selected ranges only. Refer to pressure range chart
For operation at production sites where H2S is present in the supply gas circuit. Pilot captures gas venting from exhaust port during shutdown for piping to a safe area.
Sensing & Logic Options
For applicatoins requiring an additional control input from external safe-closed/unsafe-open safety sensors such as fusible plug fire sensors, level switches, normal ESD valves, and SCADA remote trip solenoids.
For applications requiring separately-sensed process pressure for high and low setpoints.
For applications requiring a pilot that does not self-reset.
